FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

Children ages 4-18 will be seen by volunteer doctors

and nurses for physicals and basic sick visits.

Families must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

ALL children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
